a variety of applications. They generally can achieve pressures in the range of 10-3
- 10-8 Torr.

employed in these pumps along with their efficient heater systems allow for repeatable,
optimum performance. Long diffusion pump fluid life and improved speed performance are the
benefits from the highly efficient, heat transfer characteristics of the pump. The pumps
